Refund policy

We want you to love your Bare Ritual products. If something isn't right, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare and haircare items cannot be returned unless defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
